Please book your flu jab  at reception

The injected flu vaccine is offered free of charge on the NHS to people who are at risk. This is to ensure that you are protected against catching flu and developing serious complications.

You are eligible to receive a free flu jab if you: 

  • are 65 years of age or over  
  • are pregnant 
  • have certain medical conditions 
  • are living in a long-stay residential care home or other long-stay care facility 
  • receive a carer's allowance, or you are the main carer for an elderly or disabled person whose welfare may be at risk if you fall ill

Online Services

Accurx Online Consultation

As from Monday 18th March we will be moving from eConsult to a different online system to the Accurx online consultation system. 

Patients can request a response by a clinican at the surgery by clicking the box below to submit a form.

Please request all repeat prescriptions via the NHS APP, if you are unable to please do so by using the link below. We do not take medication requests via the telephone.

 

Try the new NHS App

If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.

You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.

If you already use GP Access online service you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.

We are a medical practice, aiming to provide full general medical care and advice on all health related matters. We are a part of the Brixton & Clapham Park Primary Care Network and we work closely with Pavilion Medical Centre and Clapham Park Group Practice and local health partners to provide primary care services to our neighbourhood.

The doctors and staff at Hetherington Group Practice in Lambeth, South West London are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.

We run clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, childhood vaccinations and NHS Health checks for 40 yrs+.

  • On road pay as you go parking is available outside the front of the practice. Our car park is for staff members only
  • A portable hearing loop is available in the practice. Please ask at reception if you would like to use this within your consultation
